Delivery and Returns Overview
If you are contacting us to arrange a return please add as much info into the contact form above, state why you wish to return it and detail your reasons why such as damaged in transit or such.
We offer a 14 day no quibble return window for any item that is unused, undamaged and can be returned in its original packaging, after this timeframe we cannot offer a no quibble return.
If you wish to return the item after the 14 day no quibble return window a restocking fee of 30% will be deducted from your original purchase fee, it still must be unused, undamaged and returned in its original packaging.
You are also liable for any postal costs to return the items(s) we do not offer free return shipping.
We will not process your return or query without you first using the form provided above.
Damaged goods
If your item(s) have arrived damaged in transit firstly we apologise for this, we want all of our products to reach you in perfect condition but we know sometimes couriers can fail (badly in some cases) .
This is out of our hands and down to the courier, we will however replace or refund.
If your item(s) are damaged firstly take as many photos of the packaging damage and the damage to the items(s) also make an instant complaint to the courier person who is delivering the item if the shipping packaging is clearly damaged, they have protocols and have to take your comments and write them down by law (even if they say they don’t have time they have to by law).
Next fill out the contact form above stating which item was damaged and where, then attach any images to the form above.
We will then contact you back as soon as possible, usually within 24 hours or sooner, so please leave your phone number if you want a quicker response.
If the item is a one off I’m sorry but we will not be able to replace the item and only a refund would be possible, we can only schedule a return of your costs once we receive the damaged item back to us.
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer if the items you have bought are not hand made products.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is added to your bank account.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us using the above contact form stating your issue.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should first contact us via the contact form at the start of this page, we cannot arrange a return otherwise.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs either when purchasing or for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original postage/shipping costs will be deducted.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item due to postal couriers.
